2. Shipping Costs

When you place an order with us, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. The cost of shipping will be included in your total purchase price and will be the final amount charged to you for shipping.

3. Returns

Kota Doria Online understands that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are here to help. However, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. We only accept returns for defective items, supported by an unboxing video.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Shipment

  • In-Stock Items: Domestic shipments typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive once the order has been processed.
  • Customized or Out-of-Stock Items: For customized or out-of-stock items, please allow an additional 15 to 20 business days for the production of the saree or other products before shipment. Once ready, these items will also take 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
  • Heavy Work Sarees or Unique Customizations: For heavy work sarees or any other heavy or unique customizations, it may sometimes take 1 month or even up to 3 to 5 months for production, as they are purely made using traditional hand-weaving methods. We will provide updates on the expected timeline when you contact us for an out-of-stock order or customization request. Once ready, these items will also take 3 to 5 business days to arrive.

4.2 International Shipment

  • In-Stock Items: International shipments usually take 5 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.
  • Customized or Out-of-Stock Items: For customized or out-of-stock items, please allow an additional 15 to 20 business days for production. After the items are ready, they will be shipped and should arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Heavy Work Sarees or Unique Customizations: For heavy work sarees or any other heavy or unique customizations, it may sometimes take 1 month or even up to 3 to 5 months for production, as they are purely made using traditional hand-weaving methods. 4.3 Dispatch Time

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Once your payment is received, we typically dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Please note that our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse remains closed. In such cases, we take necessary steps to ensure that any shipment delays are minimized.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address for your order, we are happy to help! Just let us know before your order has been dispatched and we can make the necessary updates to ensure your package is delivered to the correct location.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

At Kota Doria Online, we are happy to ship your order to P.O. box addresses using postal services. However, please note that we are unable to provide courier services to these locations. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We can send packages to military addresses using the United States Postal Service (USPS). However, we cannot provide this service using courier services.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is not available at the moment, we will ship the available items right away and send the rest once they are back in stock.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please reach out to us so that we can investigate the matter and find a solution.

5. Tracking Notifications

After your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking link so you can easily keep track of your shipment. The link will provide you with the latest updates available from the shipping provider, allowing you to stay informed about the progress of your delivery.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you receive a damaged parcel, it’s best to reject it from the courier and contact our customer service immediately. If you were not present at the time of delivery and the parcel was left, please get in touch with our customer service to know the next steps to follow. 7. Duties & Taxes
