Unboxing Your Order

We highly encourage you to capture the unboxing of your Kota Doria Online package within 48 hours of receiving your order. This not only adds a personal touch to your experience but also serves as essential proof in case of any defects found upon delivery.

Please note that handloom clothing items may exhibit minor irregularities in weaving, adding a unique charm to each piece.

Returns

Return Eligibility: We do not accept returns unless the item is found to be defective upon arrival, supported by an unboxing video.

Refunds and Store Credit: We do not offer cash refunds or store credit. Only replacements for defective items are provided.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please provide your email address and order number within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive further instructions via email.

  • Request Replacement: You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof Required: Original invoice and packaging, along with an unboxing video, must be provided as proof of purchase and defect.
  • Replacement Shipping: Replacement items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the original shipment is received by us.
  • Shipping Fee: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a replacement for the defective item is not available, we will inform you within 2 to 3 business days. You will then have the option to choose another product (with the amount difference adjusted accordingly) or receive a refund. If you choose a refund, we will transfer the amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Upon receiving your replacement request, we will arrange for one of our delivery personnel to pick up your package and relevant paperwork within 5 business days. In the event that our delivery personnel are unable to collect your package, we may request you to drop it off at the nearest post office.

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping their packages to our facility in India.
  • Any taxes and duties on international shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Packages with missing contents or items not in their original condition will not be accepted.
  • Original international shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Replacement items for international orders are shipped within 15 business days after the original shipment is received by us.
  • All other policies, including return eligibility, exchange process, proof required, non-availability of replacement, and rights reserved by Kota Doria Online, remain the same as for domestic orders.

  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse exchanges after reviewing the condition of returned items.
  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
  • We may revise these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Kota Doria Online is not liable for any damage resulting from failure to adhere to recommended care instructions.

Order Cancellation

  • Only orders that have not been shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for cancellation.
  • Once an email confirming successful processing of an order is received, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
  • Orders in production (e.g., being woven or customized) cannot be canceled.
